Perishable goods.
Gift cards.
Downloadable digital products.
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the issue before arranging a replacement, repair, or refund.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will cover return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size or variation (subject to availability).
For customers purchasing online, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
